Thai Fridays guarantees that if in the unlikely event any of your meals are not as fresh as when we packed them we will issue you a full refund for the meals that don't meet our standards.

In addition to the freshness guarantee, below is a list of ways we would resolve issues that you may have reservations about.
What if Thai Fridays make a mistake with my order?
If we make an error with your order we will rectify our mistake by giving you
a full refund of the item[s] in question.
You must provide photographic evidence within 24hrs of receiving your delivery.
What if I don't receive my delivery?
We have the best delivery partners but mistakes can happen.
So if for any reason your Thai Fridays delivery does not arrive, we will provide a full refund within 48 hrs or you can roll over your order to the following week and receive a 10% refund for your inconvenience.
What if my box is damaged?
If your meals do not arrive the way we packed them and are damaged with content spillage we will refund you for the item[s] in question.
